NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 06, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13001536CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS, SERIES 2007-HE2 TRUST, is Plaintiff and Robert L. Davies a/k/a Robert Davies and Kelly A. Davies a/k/a Kelly Davies, Husband and Wife; FIA Card Services, National Association f/k/a Bank of America; South Gulf Cove Homeowners Association; United States of America Department of Treasury; Unknown Parties in Possession #1, n/k/a Hunter Davies are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of JULY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 4278, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 58, a Subdivision as per plat there recorded in Plat Book 5, page(s) 72A-72J, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
