Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 26, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1346, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 11, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3364 EDGEHILL TERRACE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952: including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on AUGUST 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
