Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 31, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14000271CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and CONSTANCE H. HILL A/K/A CONSTANCE HELENE HILL A/K/A CONSTANCE STRICKLAND A/K/A CONSTANCE H. STRICKLAND; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of JULY, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
