NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of the Circuit County of Charlotte County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 8, 2015, the following described property:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 42 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 50 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
