NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08 2010 CA 000403 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH1, is the Plaintiff and David L. Johnson, Lucinda M. Johnson, , are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
