Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on the 29 day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., ET, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 972, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 21, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 1-A through 1-Z-21, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
