RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1203492CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and RANDALL AUSTIN BLITCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 86, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA AND THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 86, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
