NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001597 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ROGER DELLIGATTI A/K/A ROGER N. DELLIGATTI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGER DELLIGATTI A/K/A ROGER N. DELLIGATTI N/K/A PAMELA WOODLAND; PAMELA M. WOODLAND A/K/A PAMELA N. WOODLAND; SANTORINI VILLAS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLDE CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 42, SANTORINI VILLAS AT OLDE CYPRESS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 47-48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
