YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 302 of ELEVEN HUNDRED GULF SHORE APARTMENTS, INC. a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Eleven Hundred Gulf Shore Apartments, Inc.. dated the 8th day of November, 1971, recorded the 27th day of March, 1972, in O.R. Book 442, Pages 610 through 654, and amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium dated the 19th day of April, 1972, recorded the 25th day of April, 1972, in O.R. Book 448, Pages 690 through 691, and further amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium dated the 16th day of May, 1972. recorded the 24th day of May, 1972, in O.R. Book 454, Page 712. Public Records of Collier County, Florida together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record and taxes for the current year.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
