NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 112012CA0032070001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and DENIS R. BOUSQUET, FAIRMONT RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., THE RANCH AT ORANGE BLOSSOM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENIS R. BOUSQUET, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 74, ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 58 through 61, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
