NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-003094 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and George Weber, as Trustee and not personally of the Curry Land Trust are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 52, RIVER WILDERNESS PHASE III, SUBPHASE B, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 82 THROUGH 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
