NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-006384 in which, Kirkland Financial, LLC, Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate Of Lillie R. Lee A/K/A Lillie Mae Reed; Hugh Smith; Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company; Manatee County; State Of Florida, Department Of Revenue; United States Of America, Department Of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service; Any Unknown Tenant In Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 14, more particularly described as follows: From a point on the North Line of Section 31, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, which point is 1171.0 feet Easterly from Northwest corner of Section 31, go Southerly 454.2 feet along a line making an interior angle of 38°58' With North Section line, for a Point of Beginning. Continue Southerly along last described line, extended 100 feet; thence go Westerly parallel to said North line of Section 31, a distance of 115.5 feet; thence go Northerly 100 feet to a point which is 115.5 feet Westerly from the Point of Beginning and 454.20 Southerly from said North line; thence go Easterly 115.5 feet to the Point of Beginning. All being and lying in Section 31, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Manatee County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 15th of May, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
