SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: APARTMENT M-35,BUILDING M, THE THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 19, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 496, PAGES 44 THROUGH 56, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN COMDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 59 AND 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the attorney for the Plaintiff, MILLENNIUM PARTNERS, whose address is 21500 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 600, Aventura, FL 33180, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Foreclosure Complaint.
A copy of this Notice of Action, Lis Pendens and Complaint were sent to the above-named Defendant(s) at last known address.
