NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001369AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-3, is Plaintiff and SONIA A. GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SONIA A. GARCIA; RAFAEL R. MELENDEZ; TROPICANA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. R.B. 'chips' Shore, Iii, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE NORTH 10.01 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 2, OF PLEASANT RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
