NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-000861 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 17.50 FEET OF LOT 31, AND ALL OF LOT 32, AVONDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
