NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-005168 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BAHIA VISTA, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 24, 25 AND 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
