NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-003437 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 15th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 365, ROSEDALE MANOR SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
