BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK 10, CORTEZ GARDENS AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID CORNER BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 59TH STREET WEST, 8.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 11.31 FEET, TO THE NORTH RIGHT- OF-WAY LINE OF 42ND AVENUE WEST, THENCE EAST ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 8.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
