NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012CA007559AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Joseph F. Ryder; The Unknown Spouse of Joseph F. Ryder; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against, Helen F. Ryder, Deceased; William Ryder, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Ryder, Deceased; Harry F. Ryder, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Ryder, Deceased; Rose Chatham also known as Rose Helen Mewshaw, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Ryder, Deceased; Estella Francis Ellis also known as Estella F. Ellis aka Estella Ellis aka Estella Crowell, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
