NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-004238 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and FRANCIS GLOVER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCIS GLOVER N/K/A MARIA CLAUDIA GLOVER; NOELLE VAURY; LVNV FUNDING, LLC ASSIGNEE OF SEARS; QUAIL RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF CITRUS COUNTY, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
