NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41 2014CA005905AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and DIANA M. SEPE-PARISI A/K/A DIANA M. SEPE A/K/A DIANA SEPE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA M. SEPE-PARISI A/K/A DIANA M. SEPE A/K/A DIANA; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION INC; SUNTRUST BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, GREENBROOK VILLAGE SUBPHASE P A/K/A GREENBROOK RUN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 120 THROUGH 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
