Final Judgment was awarded on January 16. 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-054613, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ABK ENTERPRISES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY N/K/A ABK ENTERPRISES 2 LLC; ALICIA B. KELLEY; IVAN A. BROWNER A/K/A IVAN BROWNER; MATT KELLEY; STEVEN BROWNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE THE PERPETUAL ROADWAY EASEMENT AS SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AND IDENTIFIED IN DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 251, PAGE 552 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
