NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-050918, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff, and SUSAN J. MILOS; FRANK SCOVRONEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK SCOVRONEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN J. MILOS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 15, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 29 AND 30, BLOCK 2115, UNIT 32, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
