Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 12-CA-057447, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST, SERIES 2006-GP4 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID A GOLLNER; SUSAN GOLLNER; »ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 14, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3172, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 66 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
