NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050610, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HARVIE N. BUTLER A/K/A HARVIE NELSON BUTLER, JR., DECEASED;; STELLA BUTLER; DEAN BUTLER; DORI GOLDEN; SHERRI MARINO; RONNI RENE BUTLER A/K/A RONNIE BUTLER; HARVIE NELSON BUTLER A/K/A TREY BUTLER, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3350 AND LOT 46, BLOCK 3349, UNIT 65, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 151 TO 164, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
