NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052246, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and WILLIAM THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAYNE COOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM GRAHAM THOMAS N/K/A RITA THOMAS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MICHELE SOUTHALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A RICHARD GUSTAVSSON, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 AND 20, BLOCK 14, EDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
