NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 16, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054038 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 15 day of June, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 66 AND 67, BLOCK 182, UNIT 3, CAPE CORAL SUBDMSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
