COWART, DECEASED; MARIE D. BRAUN, UNKNOWN TENANT

TO: ESTATE OF CLARENCE R. COWART; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR AGAINST THEM, AND ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY OF CLARENCE R. COWART, DECEASED
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Lee County, Florida:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, Section 6, Township 46 South, Range 24 East, being a part of Lot 2 and a part of Lot 3, Block 2 of E. P. Bates' Pine Ridge Truck Farms (recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 68 of the Public Records of said Lee County)) and further bounded and described as follows:

Starting at the Northeast corner of said Section 6; thence S00°38'50” E along the East line of said Section 6 and the centerline of Pine Ridge Road for 857.59 feet; thence N89°53'20” W for 33.00 feet to the west right-of-way line of said Pine Ridge Road and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence continue N89°53'20” W for 1279.73 feet to an intersection with the Westerly line of said Lot 3; thence N00°28'40” W along the westerly line of said Lot 3 and said Lot 2 for 246.60 feet; thence S89°53' 00”E for 1279.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of said Pine Ridge Road; thence S00°38'50”E along said Westerly right-of-way for 246.48 feet to the Point of Beginning.

In addition to those certain 1994 Fleetwood manufactured housing units, model no. Stone Creek #4664B, bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers FLFLR70A22047-SK and FLFLR70B22047-SK, located on the property more particularly described above.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
