NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-050017 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NEFTALI SEDA ; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 AND 19, BLOCK 3259, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2-26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
