NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051663 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Ronald A. Johnson; Corinne E. Johnson; Waterford-Cavendish Court, Inc.; Worthington Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2307, WATERFORD VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2496, PAGES 432 THROUGH 519, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
