NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-054886 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Servando Lopez; Maribel Lopez; Midland Funding, LLC; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, MORSE SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 158A.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
