NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of April, 2015 and entered in Case No.2013-CA-051192, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL A. ARREDONDO; CHAPEL TRAIL ASSOCIATES, LLC.; HARRIS N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS INCORPORATED ACTING AS A NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE COPROATION; ROBERTO ARREDONDO; INGRID ARREDONDO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
