NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000496 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ALICE E. CENTER A/K/A ALICE STEELE CENTER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BARBARA A. SOFRANKO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF, ALICE E. CENTER A/K/A ALICE STEELE CENTER, DECEASED; BERNADETTE LOUISE MATHEWS A/K/A BERNADETTE L. MATHEWS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF, ALICE E. CENTER A/K/A ALICE STEELE CENTER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 5/18/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
