NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002843-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18., is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH MONTALBANO is the Defendant, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of the Court, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, SABAL AT WYNDTREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
