NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003740 WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-KS2 is the Plaintiff, and RUTH STAMPER; BILL L. STAMPER; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1-4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND THE WEST 7 FEET OF LOT 13, ALL IN BLOCK C OF CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
