NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000906WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, MARION MARANGIELLO, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 14th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 101, BUILDING 12, THE HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR THE HILLSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3070, PAGE 381; AND ITS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR THE HILLSIDE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
