NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002970-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,, is the Plaintiff and ANASTASIA K. FALCONE is the Defendant, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on June 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 381, OF ORANGEWOOD VILLAGE UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
