Notice is given that pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002645-AX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which 2 SW INVESTMENTS, LLC, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, JOHN DOE n/k/a Cheryl L. Roberson, M.D., P.A. and JANE DOE n/k/a Stephanie Talton, M.D., P.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
