NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-004727 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY A. DELGADO; VICKI DELGADO; COUNTRY CHASE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; COUNTRY CHASE RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; SUNTRUST BANK; BEAZER HOMES CORPORATION, A TENNESSEE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, COUNTRY CHASE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
