NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 24, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-005336, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTEUM MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM H. BUTLER; JUANITA A. BUTLER; HYDE PARK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CORPORATE AMERICA FAMILY CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; WANDA JUDKINS; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of May, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 433, HYDE PARK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14867, PAGE 164, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
