NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-012916 of the IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PA PORTFOLIO INVESTORS LLC is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL PONCE; JULIETA HENAO; NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE INC., A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court of The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and For HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY Courthouse, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , on May 21, 2015, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
