NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 7TH day of April, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , on May 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Condominium Unit 10518, Building 37 of Lake Chase Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14750, Pages 34-162, and any amendments thereto, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and improvements thereon, located in the Lake Chase community at 10518 Windsor Lake Court, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
