NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-005803 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and JOHNNIE BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHNNIE BROWN; DIANA DAOUST; BRIDGETTE WILLIAMS; ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF LOWE'S CREDIT CARD; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; PAULINE COPELAND ; TERESA A. HENDERSON; TIFFANI N. HOUSE; PATRICIA JACKSON; MYIA S. MAGWOOD; TERESAA J. THE EAST 25.7 FEET OF LOT 16, AND THE WEST 24.4 FEET OF LOT 17 AND ALSO THE WEST 2.5 FEET OF THE EAST 25.6 FEET OF THE SOUTH 7.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 40.5 FEET OF LOT 17 ALL IN THE BLOCK 40 OF REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
