NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 31, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-007091 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and Raymond C. Nichols, Jr.; Nancy L. Nichols; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
A parcel of land lying within Section 25, Township 28 South Range 21 East also being a portion of Lots 20 and 21 of Block 11 of Seminole Lake Estates as recorded in Plat Book 27, page 20 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 21 Block 11 of said Seminole Estates, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence on the South boundary of said Lot 21 S 89 degrees 51'22” West a distance of 103.53 feet thence departing said south boundary north 00 degrees 33'28” West, a distance of 89.88 feet to a point that is 20.00 feet South of the North boundary of said Lot 20; thence N 89 degrees 55'11” East parallel with the North boundary of said Lot 20, a distance of 57.51 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Lot 20; thence on the East boundary of said Lots 20 and 21 S 27 degrees 36'01” East a distance of 101.21 feet to the Point of Beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
