Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 8, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSES OF UNIT NO T-EAST-2, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 9, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2504, PAGE 363, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 63 AND 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1921 58TH AVENUE NORTH # 2, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33714-2063; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
