NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-008315-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR18 ETC, is Plaintiff and DONALD R. CARNEY A/K/A DONALD CARNEY; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 11th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 410, BUILDING J, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 51 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED JUNE 30, 1982, IN BOOK 5368, PAGE 1175, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 82097406, AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE III IN PLAT BOOK 5645, PAGE 39, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
Property Address: 3505 Tarpon Woods Blvd J410, Palm Harbor, FL 34685
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
