NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-005343-CI in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WMALT 2005-AR1, Plaintiff, and, BA THI LE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 13th day of May, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, NORTH MIDWAY SUBDIVISION NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
