NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-004599-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N. A., is Plaintiff and AURELIO CRUZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, PHILLIP'S REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 3317 North 31st Street, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
