NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-004844 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and JAMES G. ZIMMERMAN A/K/A JAMES ZIMMERMAN; KIM S ZIMMERMAN; TENANT #1 N/K/A KYLA LINN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 5/18/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 79, BEACON GROVES UNIT II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 74, 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
