THAT CERTAIN UNNUMBERED LOT IN BLOCK 23, DON CE-SAR PLACE, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 15 TO 20, INCLUSIVE, RECORDED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH IF THE LOTS WERE NUMBERED CONSECUTIVELY WOULD BE LOT 16, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTH WESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 18 IN SAID BLOCK 23, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE LINE WHICH DIVIDES SAID BLOCK 23 IN HALF, A DISTANCE OF 43.88 FEET TO A P.O.B. (SAID POINT BEING THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 16); THENCE CONTINUE NORTHWESTLY ALONG SAID LINE DIVIDING SAID BLOCK 23, A DISTANCE OF 43.88 FEET TO A POINT (SAID POINT BEING THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 16); THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 128 FEET TO INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF DEBAZAN AVENUE AS SHOWN AT SAID PLAT (SAID POINT BEING THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 16); THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 50 FEET ALONG THE FRONT STREET LINE OF SAID LOT TO A POINT (SAID POINT BEING THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 16); THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 128 FEET TO P.O.B.
PARCEL 1: THE NORTH 440 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21, EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF WEST 150 FEET THEREOF AND ALSO LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida; Case No. 15-000434-CI; and is styled WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD1 vs. CRAIG DANIEL STEPHAN, NANCY JO BATCH STEPHAN AKA NANCY JO BATCH-STEPHAN, DON CE-SAR PROPERTY OWNERS CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 5-25-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
